Privacy Policy

Purpose and scope

Claudia Personal Assistant (“Claudia”) is a private, single-user AI personal assistant. This policy explains how Claudia accesses and uses Google user data when its owner authorizes access.

Google user data accessed

Depending on the permissions granted, Claudia may access read-only data from Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Contacts, Google Tasks, and basic Google profile information. Claudia requests only the permissions needed for owner-requested features.

How the data is used

Google user data is used only to provide personal-assistant functions requested by the owner, such as finding, reading, organizing, and summarizing information; reviewing schedules and tasks; and preparing drafts. Claudia does not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or sale to data brokers.

AI processing and disclosure

Information relevant to an owner-requested task may be processed by the AI and infrastructure providers used to operate Claudia. Data is disclosed only as needed to provide and secure the requested functionality, or when required by law. Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

Storage and security

Authorization credentials and working data are maintained in access-controlled systems used by Claudia’s owner. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect credentials and data, including encrypted credential storage and restricted access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Retention and deletion

Google user data is retained only as needed to complete owner-requested tasks, maintain authorized continuity, or satisfy applicable legal obligations. The owner can revoke Claudia’s Google access at any time through Google Account security settings and can remove locally retained credentials and data.

Limited audience

Claudia is not offered to the public and is intended solely for its owner’s personal use.

Changes and questions

This policy may be updated if Claudia’s functionality or data practices change. Questions may be directed to the support contact displayed on Claudia’s Google authorization screen.
